Mr Smith is a farmer. He stores his hay in a shed the shape of a cone. The base has a radius of 30 ft and it is 40 ft. tall. How much hay can he fit in the shed? Leave th answer in terms of pie.( I will use ^ as my pie symbol here)
I did v=1/3 BH
v=1/3^r2h
v=1/3^30squared(40)
v=1/3^900(40)
v=120000^ft3
Mr smith can fit 120,000^ft qubed of hay in his shed.

Did I do this correctly? thanks for checking my work

12000π cubic feet is correct

Don't use ^ for π
the ^ symbol is used for exponentiation.
e.g. x^3 means x cubed.
