MIDLAND MAN WHO KILLED HIS EX-WIFE IN A TRAFFIC CRASH HAS COURT APPEAL REJECTED. 57-YEAR OLD LEWIS HENDERSON APPEALED HIS CONVICTION BY SAYING THAT HE HAD UNPRODUCTIVE COUNSEL AND CIRCUIT JUDGE JONATHAN LAUDERBACH INAPPROPRIATELY INSTRUCTED THE JURY. THE PANEL OF JUDGES RULED IN OPINION THAT THE CONVICTION OF HENDERSON WILL STAND.

I got this info from mlive . comI wonder if I reported it correctly because I have trouble comprehending legal articles.

You seemed to have reported it correctly. I went back and read the original M-Live article. The only thing I'd add -- if you have time in the broadcast -- is that Henderson had marijuana in his system at the time of the accident.
