I know this post was made thirteen years ago, and I know this probably won't help, but I wanna go on a rant about this.
ADHD isn't something you can just wake up with (no pun intended). It's a disability, and yes, sometimes it fades away as you get older, but it usually stays with you. Not getting sleep will definitely heighten the symptoms of ADHD, but you can't just get it like that. It's important to note that not enough sleep can mimic its symptoms, but it is not ADHD, and you should not say "I'm so ADHD today!!!" as it is very disrespectful to those who actually have it.
TL;DR, Not getting enough sleep does NOT give you ADHD. It can give you some of the symptoms, but they will go away. If you truly think you have ADHD, research it, and talk with your doctor if you can.
