I'm confused about what dual federalism is. I;ve read so many things and I'm still uncertain. My teacher said there are three dualites: duality of authority, nations, and citizenship. I know what the nations and citizenship examples would be but I'm not sure about the "authority" one

Authority involves the laws of both the federal government and state governments by which we must abide.
