t = 10's digit and u = unit's digit.

(10t + u)/u = 3
Multiply both sides by u

10t + u = 3u
10t = 2u
5t = u

10u+t =36 + 10t + u

9u - 9t =36

divide by 9

u-t = 4 use this eqution along with the first equation

Substitute u = 5t to find u and then find t.
