                pls correct this sentence for subject-verb agreement
Going home now,how I wish I could get there before it starts to rain.

    There's no problem in that sentence with s-v agreement, but that phrase at the beginning makes it terribly awkward. You should get rid of it and put the word "home" in place of "there."
