I think it's obvious that the ratio is 1:1. I believe the conclusion wanted is that the oxidation states of Cu and Fe are the same.And while I'm on the subject, don't get so lazy in chemistry that you can't punch the caps key. fecl2 means nothing. CO, Co, and co have different meanings.
