since v = 6t-2
distance = 3t^2 -2t + c
when t=0, dist=-56
-56 = 0 - 0 + c
c = -56
distance = 3t^2 - 2t - 56
when t = 10 , dist = 300 - 20 - 56 = 224
when t = 3 , dist = 27 - 6 -56 = -35
distance covered between t=3 to t=10
= 224 - (-35) = 259
distance = 3t^2 -2t + c
when t=0, dist=-56
-56 = 0 - 0 + c
c = -56
distance = 3t^2 - 2t - 56
when t = 10 , dist = 300 - 20 - 56 = 224
when t = 3 , dist = 27 - 6 -56 = -35
distance covered between t=3 to t=10
= 224 - (-35) = 259
