orininal triangle : (1/2)(20)(10) = 100
new base = 18
new height = 11
new area = (1/2)(18)(11) = 99
decrease is 1 unit
percentage change (decrease) = 1/100 = 1%
new base = 18
new height = 11
new area = (1/2)(18)(11) = 99
decrease is 1 unit
percentage change (decrease) = 1/100 = 1%
