Explain the raise of bonding angle in these molecules: HF, H2O, NH3 and CH4

The shape? HF is linear, H2O is angled, NH3 is trigonal pyramial, and CH4 is tetrahedral. CH4 has no unpaired electrons, NH3 has 1 pair, H2O has two pair.
