First of all the idiots making the test changed it to
A. clockwise 90 degrees rotation; enlargement
B. counterclockwise 90 degrees; reduction
C. counterclockwise 90 degrees rotation; enlargement
C. clockwise 90 rotation; reduction

Second of all... If you actually thought about it (which I'm sure u didn't do) it's D In the picture u would have to turn it 90 degrees clockwise that requires rotation. To get it the same size that would require a reduction.
