Draw yourself a picture. The horse can cover a circular area of pi*R^2. But at the corner of a rectangular field (with width longer than the rope), only one-quarter of the circle will be in the field.

Therefore, radius of circle=14m
Area of quadrant=1/4¡Á¦Ðrsquare =154m square
