If X is a point on the segment joining A(2,-1) and B(9,6), find the coordinates of X if AX:XB = 2:5.

You can do this exactly the same way, I just showed you in your previous post

(x-2)/(9-x) = 2/5
5x-10 = 18-2x
7x = 28
x=4
