Identify where f increases and where f decreases. f(x)=5x+3

I think it's (3,5) increases and (3,-2) decreases?

F increases when x is positive and F
decreases when x goes negative.

F(x) = 3x + 3.
F(2) = 3*2 + 3 = 9. (3,9).
F(-2)=3*(-2) + 3 = -6 + 3=-3. (-2,-3).
