Does this equation need to be balanced?
AlCO3 => AlO+CO2
Also, how would this equation be balanced?
NiCl+O2 => Ni2O3+Cl2O5

Do you mean aluminum carbonate. That would have the formula Al2(CO3)2. Aluminum oxide is Al2O3. NiCl2 is nickel(II) chloride. Get your formulas straight and repost if you still have trouble balancing.
