Merely substitute the values for x and solve for y.

y = 2(1) + 5 = 7

Therefore the coordinates are 1, 7.

Repeat with the other values.

y = 2 * 1 + 5 = 2 + 5 = 7

Ordered pair: (1, 7)

x = 2

Replace x with 2, and evaluate the right side.

y = 2 * 2 + 5 = 4 + 5 = 9

Ordered pair: (2, 9)

x = 3

Replace x with 3, and evaluate the right side.

y = 2 * 3 + 5 = 6 + 5 = 11

Ordered pair: (3, 11)

x = 4

Replace x with 4, and evaluate the right side.

y = 2 * 4 + 5 = 8 + 5 = 13

Ordered pair: (4, 13)

The 4 ordered pairs are: (1, 7), (2, 9), (3, 11), (4, 13)
