I have to write a business letter persuading the manager to return my money for damaged merchandise. Any ideas or suggestions?
He should because:
1.It's the store policy
2. Wal-Mart does
3. You are a loyal customer
4. You'll never shop there again if he doesn't
5. If he doesn't you'll tell other customers it's a rotten place to shop.
But first try being nice.
Like how poor you are
and can't afford to lose the money.
