11/1 x 1/3

11/3 divide

= 3 2/3 ??

Confused on when it says thirds. Can't remember if thirds is 1/3 or not. I am pretty sure it is.

your answer is correct. Doesn't matter what "thirds" are.

However, FYI,

half is 1/2
third is 1/3, etc.

"3" is 3/1
