let the integers be a-1,a,a+1
(a-1)a = 5(a+1)-5
a = 6
the numbers are 5,6,7
check: 5*6 = 5*7-5
(a-1)a = 5(a+1)-5
a = 6
the numbers are 5,6,7
check: 5*6 = 5*7-5
