you are riding to school on the bus in a snowstorm. through the window, you see a lighted sign that gives the temperature as 26 degrees, but you can't make out whether the temperature scale is Celsius or Fahrenheit. which is it and how do you know

26C = about 80 F and you know it isn't snowing at 80F.So it must be 26 F and snowing.

Bob is very wrong. It is Celsius because it is cold and snowy and Celsius measures cold temperature, but hot is Fahrenheit. Bob and everyone who agrees with it is stupid
