Using all caps, !!!!!!!!!, and calling everything URGENT is a good way to be ignored.
How can there be a D answer when there are only three choices?
Try combining terms. You will be led to either a linear equation (with one solution) or the variable will drop out, leaving nonsense such as
-6 = 0
which has no solution.
