I'm doing a homework on Translating Word Equations and I wanted to know the answer for this question...

Iron(ll) hydroxide reacts with hydrogen peroxide to produce iron(lll) hydroxide.

Please help needed!

Fe(OH)2 + H2O2=> Fe(OH)3

I think this is it (I just translated what you said so If there are no errors in what you copied it should be fine)

don't you have to balance out both sides of the equation? i could be wrong but wouldn't it be

2Fe(OH)^2 + H^2O^2 => 2Fe(OH)^3

actually there shouldn't be superscripts <b>(^)</b>like you put it even though the numbers are correct (I just checked)

2Fe(OH)<sub>2</sub> + H<sub>2O<sub>2=> 2Fe(OH)<sub>3<sub>

2Fe(OH)<sub>2</sub> + H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>=> 2Fe(OH)<sub>3 </sub>
