( x - 2 ) ( x + 2 ) =

x ^ 2 - 2 x + 2 x - 4 =

x ^ 2 - 4 =

- ( x ^ 2 - 4 ) =

4 - x ^ 2


So :

4 - x ^ 2 = - ( x - 2 ) ( x + 2 )
