Write a job-application letter to accompany one of the resumes. What are the main differences between your hardcopy and online submissions?

Scroll down to the section on cover letters, and then click on the appropriate link(s) that'll give you the information you need to know how to write one of these.
Once you've written your letter, save it and print it out -- that's your hard copy to submit. Then use the Save As feature in your word processor and save it in Rich Text Format or Plain Text Format. You'll see the difference immediately. This is the product that you would copy and paste for an online submission. You can also print it out so you can clearly see the differences between this and the normally formatted product.
