how do you figure out frequency?
for example this problem.
What is the frequency, when the wavelenth is 29 and the time is 1minute 42 seconds?

You can calculate frequency from
Frequency = (wave speed)/(wavelength)
You have provded a time, not a wave speed. What does that time mean? If it is the time for a wave to travel a known distance D, calculate that wave speed using
V = D/T
and use it in the formula above.
