Town A:
1500 - 1346 = 154
154 / 1346 = 0.114 = 11.4%
Figure out the increase for Town B the same way.

Eric, you take the population each town went up to, subtract it with the original population, then divide your answer with the original population, and that is your percentage. Hope that helps bud :)

So you would take 1,800-1,546. whatever you get for that, divide it by 1.546. then whatever you get is your percentage.
