Yes they will have enough they need 7/12 and they have 4 cups so they will have alot all you need to do is add 2 1/3 and 1 3/4 to get 7/12 I hope this helps

2 1/3 x 4/4= 2 4/12
1 3/4 x 3/3= 1 9/12
2 4/12 + 1 9/12= 3 13/12= 4 1/12

2 2/3 is 2 hours and 40 minutes, and he needs that exact amount to have 7 hours. So, 7 hours - 2 2/3= 4 1/3
