3(k-4.8)=0.7(k-6.9)
3*k-3*4.8=0.7*k-0.7*6.9
3k - 14.4 = 0.7k - 4.83
Subtracting 0.7k from each side:
3k -0.7k - 14.4 = 0.7k - 0.7k - 4.83
2.3k - 14.4 = -4.83
Adding 14.4 to each side
2.3k = 9.57
Dividing each side by 2.3:
k = 4.16
3*k-3*4.8=0.7*k-0.7*6.9
3k - 14.4 = 0.7k - 4.83
Subtracting 0.7k from each side:
3k -0.7k - 14.4 = 0.7k - 0.7k - 4.83
2.3k - 14.4 = -4.83
Adding 14.4 to each side
2.3k = 9.57
Dividing each side by 2.3:
k = 4.16
