When I think of Macbeth, I automatically think of ambitious and ruthless and sometimes unethical people jockeying for power.

PS -- Even though Macbeth is about a 12th century story, the play was written and produced during Renaissance England times. Do you think Shakespeare was hinting at anything about the monarchs of his time?
