how do i get the slope formula of: (4,-1) and (3,-1)?

Then the Point slope form:Slope=4,passes through (1,3)?

the line with slope m passing through (h,k) is

y-k = m(x-h)

so, for the 2nd line, you have
y-3 = 4(x-1)

for the first one, find the slope and then you can apply this method.
