How do I balance this redox reaction?
MnO4- + Fe2+ + H+ + Mn2+ + Fe3+ + H2O

I don't understand. Don't I need a product?

You just need to put an arrow in the right place. I see so many equations on this board with no arrow. The arrow separates reactants from products.
MnO4- + Fe2+ + H+ ==> Mn2+ + Fe3+ + H2O
