Find the exact value of cot(-pi/6).
I don't have a lot of work for this one all I have is 30 I guess that was suppose to be the reference angle.

You are close.
-pi/6 radians = -30º
so what you are really looking for is 1/tan(-30)
So you are in the fourth quadrant where the tangent is negative
In another post to you I pointed out the 30,60,90 triangle,
from that we know that tan(30) = 1/√3
so tan(-30) = -1/√3
and cot(-30) = -√3
so cot(-pi/6) = -√3
-pi/6 radians = -30º
so what you are really looking for is 1/tan(-30)
