perimeter of square = 4(11) = 44
let the radius of the cylinder be r
2πr = 44
r = 22/π
vol of cyl = πr^2 h
π(484/π^2)(h) = 98π
484h/π = 98π
h = 98π^2/484 = appr 7.74
