If lines are parallel gradients are equal hence: m=2/3
y=mx+c,so 6=2/3(4)+c so c=10/3 hence y=2/3 x+10/3 or simplifying; 3y-2x=10
y=mx+c,so 6=2/3(4)+c so c=10/3 hence y=2/3 x+10/3 or simplifying; 3y-2x=10
