Braden has 1 hour of math homework to do. He spends 2/5 of this time complaining about how much he hates math, 1/3 of the total time looking for his calculator. How much time does Braden actually work on his math homework?
My answer:
1 hour = 60 min
2/5 x 60/1 = 120/5 = 24
60-24 = 36
1/3 x 36/1 = 36/3 = 12
36-12 = 24
He spends 24 min working on his math homework.
Am I right? If not can u pleese help me :)
