Actually, none of the answers are correct.

NAFTA , North American Free Trade Agreement is an <b>existing</b> agreement, not one to be <b>introduced</b>, between the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The part of the agreement between Canada and the US is the largest trade pact between any two countries, and Canada and the US are each other's greatest trading partners.
