I just need a simple fictional business where I can than describe the main roles and behaviors of the entrepreneurs, managers and employees of my company.

I suggest you choose a retail company similar to one with which you're familiar. How about a beauty salon? Or a coffee shop? Or a small restaurant? If you have a specific interest -- you might try a pet store or a other business which represents your interests.
