Which of the following statements about the field of child development is correct?

C. It focuses primarily on children’s cognitive and social development.
D. It studies infants’ perceptions of the world.

I think the answer is "C", but would like someone to double check my answer, because I am struggling with this section.

I agree, but it could also be B.

You are right, it is B. Even though it focuses in children's cognitive and social decelopment, the study is to understand constancy and change from conception through adolescence, so it is not limited to C. Thank you!
