I'd divide that into two sentences, with a period after <i>real</i>. The second sentence would start with <i>They</i>.

i need to do last one on depression/madness, this what i get,i not know if it is that good.

Not all scars show, not all wounds heal. Pain changes one completely, bringing upon tears of misery, ferocious thoughts drowning them into deep darkness. A hurting heart will cause them to fall apart, leading one into depression.
