why dose the blood of an injured deep-sea divers look greenish-black in underwater photographs taken with natural light, but red when flashbulbs are used?

"Natural" light at low depths of the ocean is blue due to the filtering effect of a water above. There is no red light in it for the blood to reflect. Blood does not reflect blue light.
