dHrxn = (n*dHf products) - (n*dHf reactants)
dHrxn = (2*dHf CO2) - (2*dHf CO)
-566 = 2*-393.5)-(2x)
Solve for x. I picked up the = -393.5 kJ/mol from tables in my text.
