Are these the correct answers and lables? 9. A hand lens increased the thickness of a line 10 to the 3rd power times.The line was 0.5 mm thick. How thick did the line appear? my ans.- 500 mm thick 10. A truck holds 10 to the 4th power times more pounds than when it is empty. The empty truck weighs 3 tons. How much does the loaded truck weigh? my ans.- 3 X 10 to the 4th power= 30,000 tons or pounds i think it's tons Thank You

30,000 tons +3 tons =33,000 tons

'Cause 10 to the third power= 10x10x10 which equals 1000. Then 1000x0.5=500!
But I am not sure how many pounds is in a ton, which you would need to figure it out.
