Hydrogen gas was collected over water in a eudiometer at 26 degrees celcius when the atmospheric pressure was 756 mm Hg. What was the pressure of the H2 gas?

Note the correct Hpelling of celsius.
Ptotal = pH2O + pH2
Ptotal = 756 mm Hg.
pH2O = vapor pressure of H2O at 26 C. Look up the vapor pressure of H2O at that T, then substitute and solve for pH2.
