Graphic organizers come in many forms. Use images.google.com to find different ideas.
For what you've indicated. I'd draw 3 columns on a sheet of paper, one for each type of govt. then I'd draw 2 lines horizontally to divide the 3 columns into sections, and I'd label each row with the terms your teacher requires.
You should end up with 9 squares on the paper. Then write in the correct information in each square. If you can't find the information in your text, use Google or www.answers.com to look things up.
