I assume that u and g are constants (in fact initial velocity and gravity)
dy/dt = speed = u + g t
d^2y/dt^2 = acceleration = g
F = m a
so
F = m g
dy/dt = speed = u + g t
d^2y/dt^2 = acceleration = g
