Write the balanced equation for ethyne reacting with oxygen; I assume that is the 2:5.
Then g oxygen need for the combustion of ethyne x 1/0.2 = ??
OR you need 5 times as much air as oxygen.

I wrote g to stand for grams. So grams of oxygen you need (or tons or kilotons or what have you) x 5 will be g/tons/kilotons/whathaveyou of air you will need to obtain that much oxygen.
