can a forest that is 9/10 acre be divided into an even number of plots that are 1/7 acre? explain how you know?

It could --

9/10 * 1/7 = 9/70

But I wouldn't know how to divide land into 9/70 of an acre for each plot.

I thought I needed to do 9/10 x 7/1 which is 63/10 = 6 3/10
