How many liters of gasoline are there in 165 gal (US) of a methanol-gasoline blend that is 11.0% by volume?

0.11 * 165gal * 3.78 l/gal = 68.6 liters

Since you didn't specify which is the 11%, it's hard to say which whether the 11% is gasoline or methanol.

However, I suspect that the 11% is methanol, so I think you can take it from here.
