Lisa attended 72% of 32 school events. How many schol events did Lisa not attend?

Are you sure you copied the problem correctly? 28% of 32 is 8.96.

This is a poor question.
72% of 32 should have come out as a whole number, but
.72(32) = 23.04

So first of all your answer of 8 is not even close, and wouldn't make any sense
8/32 = 1/4 = 25%

So she went to 23 events, and just thought about going to the 24th a bit ???
