An angle is 15 less than four times its supplement. Find both angle measures.

1 answer

A = X Deg.
B = (4x-15) Deg.

A + B = 180o.
X + (4x-15) = 180
X + 4x - 15 = 180
5x = 180 + 15 = 195

X = 39o
4x - 15 = 4*39 - 15 = 141o.
